A WOMAN who works in a pub as revealed the most annoying customer that all the employees hate.

The bar lady explained that things constantly go missing in the Pub on the Pond in Swansea.

And it's usually down to a certain type of customer, who likes nicking the glasses.

"You wouldn't steal our pub TV," she began, showing herself trying to hoist the television off the wall.

"You wouldn't steal our posters.

"So why are you stealing all our glasses?" she asked, holding one of the Beavertown Neck Oil pint glasses.

"We get they are cool looking glasses," she acknowledged in the caption, but expressed her annoyance over the constant stealing with a crying face emoji.

But the majority of the people in the comments section admitted that they're guilty of swiping a pub glass or two.

"Sorry but with the price I get charged for a drink…if the glass looks cool it’s coming with me," one wrote.

"After spending my months wage on a night out I believe it's fair play to take a glass or two," another added.

"I presumed the glass was included in the price," a third commented.

"I’ve got like 6 of those exact glasses in my kitchen," someone else said.

"Tv or poster doesn’t fit in my pocket," another added.

"Recently moved house, all of our glasses are pub glasses," someone else wrote.

"I legit have two of those exact glasses from a pub in my cupboard right now," another admitted.

"My dad has like 8 different Strongbow glasses. And a Jack Daniels one," someone else laughed.

As another wrote: "Everybody knows pub glasses make ya drinks taste right!"

"I work for a big brewer and we often talk about how to make glasses look ‘Stealable’ - good marketing when people steal and see it every day at home," someone else said.

"Pubs get them free! And there’s no return policy when I buy the pint, I assume they're included," another argued.

But someone else hit back: "My pub spent over 9k last year to replace broken and stolen glasses, we deffo don't get them for free."

The pub worker uses her TikTok account to share the "everyday struggles of working in hospitality".

In another video, she revealed one of the jobs she hates the most - cutlery polishing.

Showing the huge load of forks, spoons and knives she has to polish, she wrote over the top: "When the kitchen does cutlery last and you end up with 4 tubs to polish".

"Cutlery polishing is by far the worst job," she added in the caption.
