Though Shelby’s video was uploaded back in Sep 2014, it has just now blown up. We have to say — this is impressive! Not only does Shelby sign every word to the anthem from 8 Mile, she does it while nailing each and every beat. She even has Shady’s swagger and mannerisms on lock!
The Austin, Texas woman originally created the video as part of a job application to join the interpreting team at the PBS music program, Austin City Limits, reports the International Business Times. Shelby got the job, naturally. After seeing the video, who wouldn’t want to hire her?
After the video went viral, Shelby was just overwhelmed by all of the attention. She thanked her new fans for their love and support in the comment section of her YouTube channel:
