Last year Vicky admitted she’d gained a stone over Christmas and worked hard to get back into shape.

Along with going to Jason’s retreat, she used her Mini V nutrition range and exercised regularly to transform her body again.

Vicky’s previously teamed up with The Sun to give readers her top tips for getting the best out of your body, admitting her own weight-loss journey inspired her to help others.

She said: “I know what I’m talking about because I’ve been on my own weight-loss journey.

“I piled on the pounds eating takeaways and binging on alcohol-fuelled nights out, ballooning to a size 16.

“But after I saw a picture of myself on a Marbella beach holiday in 2013, I was inspired to swap my unhealthy lifestyle for home-cooked meals and workouts.”

When she first embarked on her new fitness regime, Vicky admits she became too thin and didn’t like the way it made her feel.

She explained: “I got down to 8st 4lb but I was miserable. I had no social life and couldn’t
enjoy being slim.

“When I realised this, everything changed. I stopped beating myself up and realised the main thing is to be happy and healthy.”
